歌う事が好きで、オリジナル曲を作り路上ライブなどで活動していたVo,KAYOと、数々のユニットやサポートで活動していたGt,Eiichiroが出会い2013年4月29日、

『bumpy blume』(ﾊﾞﾝﾋﾟｰ･ﾌﾞﾙｰﾑ)を結成。

​

作詞・作曲を担当するKAYOの独自の世界観と伸びやかなボーカル、作曲・編曲を担当するEiichiroの繊細なギタープレイ、二人の波動が

奏でる音によりメッセージを伝えたいという信念のもとに活動を開始。

​

地元・北九州市に拠点を置いているが、結成当初より積極的に遠征ライブを行っている。これまで東は名古屋、南は鹿児島まで出向き出演を果たしている。

 

また、ラジオパーソナリティーとして門司港・レトロFM、AIR STATION HIBIKIで​メインMCを務めていた経験も持つ。

​結成5周年を迎えた2018年4月29日に婚姻届を提出し、夫婦アコースティックユニットとして新たな舵を切った。

​

魚座　Ｏ型。小学校入学と同時にピアノを始める。学生時代には吹奏楽部でクラリネットを担当。14歳の時に自身で作った曲を自身で歌うシンガーソングライターのスタイルに憧れ曲作りを始める。特技は水泳。料理は得意だが掃除と片付けが苦手。かわいいキャラクター​と幼児向け教育番組をこよなく愛する。

 

 

Eiichiro : Guitar,Arrangement

 

山羊座　Ｏ型。本来はベーシストである。他にキーボードもこなす。コンピュータプログラミングにより楽曲のアレンジや音源製作にも携わる。かなりの甘いもの好き。コーヒー好き。トマトが食べられない。妻の手料理で一番好きなおかずはハンバーグ。鉄道の旅と喫茶店の新規開拓とビジネスホテルの朝食バイキング巡りが癒しの時間。

The acoustic duo bumpy blume was formed on April 29, 2013, when the vocalist KAYO, who loved singing and performed original songs in street lives, met the guitarist Eiichiro, who had been active in various units and as a support musician.​

The duo started their activities with the belief that they wanted to convey messages through the sound created by the synergy of their two energies.

Although they are based in their hometown of Kitakyushu City, they have actively performed away from home since their formation. To date, they have traveled as far east as Nagoya and as far south as Kagoshima for their performances.

They also has experience serving as the main MC/radio personality for Retro FM Moji Port and AIR STATION HIBIKI.

On April 29, 2018, marking their 5th anniversary, they submitted their marriage registration and embarked on a new chapter as a married acoustic unit.

• KAYO, who is responsible for the lyrics and composition, possesses a unique world view and a flexible vocal style. Pisces, Type O blood. She started playing the piano when she entered elementary school. During her school days, she played the clarinet in the brass band. At the age of 14, she began composing music, inspired by the style of singer-songwriters who sing their own original songs. Her special skill is swimming. She is good at cooking, but not good at cleaning and tidying up. She dearly loves cute characters and educational programs for young children.

• Eiichiro, who handles composition and arrangement, provides delicate guitar play. Capricorn, Type O blood. He is primarily a bassist. He also plays the keyboard. He is involved in music arrangement and sound production through computer programming. He has a major sweet tooth. He loves coffee. He cannot eat tomatoes. His favorite side dish among his wife's home-cooked meals is hamburg steak. Traveling by train, discovering new coffee shops, and touring business hotel breakfast buffets are his times for relaxation.
